We only came to the restaurant, not to stay at the hotel. The pizzas were really oily, and so were the fries, which were still raw as well. We were very disappointed.

The food was perfect, and the place was exceptionally hygienic. The staff were very kind, and the whole experience amazed us. We hadn't been here before, but we'll definitely come back soon. We recommend this hotel, the service is the best! Macedonia doesn't often have service this good.

Hotel Molika's natural surroundings are stunning and truly unique, and Artan at reception did try to help us. But our stay from January 23 to 27 was a deeply disappointing experience for our group of 13 high school students and 3 teachers from Istanbul. We had planned a winter break with skiing and time to prepare for university entrance exams, and the hotel failed to meet our expectations. Before booking, we confirmed by email that enough skiing equipment would be available. When we arrived, we were told it wasn't. The students couldn't ski at the same time, disrupting our plans, and we had to organize a ski instructor and everything related to it ourselves, even though we thought this should be part of the hotel's services. We got incorrect information from everyone we spoke with, and nobody seemed to know what was happening. The reception staff couldn't speak English, were rude, and kept offering superficial fixes. Management admitted mistakes but offered only a 47 Euro discount, nowhere near enough to address the problems. The hotel said it had a Turkish-speaking staff member, but we got no help from them either, just false promises and unhelpful answers. The experience showed serious negligence and mismanagement. We'll contact the Macedonian Ministry of Tourism and relevant tourism authorities to report it. Our criticism isn't directed at Artan or at the area's remarkable natural setting. Still, the students, teachers, and parents were all deeply disappointed. A hotel that presents itself as ski themed should give accurate information and proper support for skiing equipment and services. Hotel Molika provided neither professional service nor any sign of commitment to guest satisfaction. We strongly discourage groups from staying here. Avoid this place.

Right next to the ski slopes, this hotel sits in a forest in National Park Pelister, with easy access to mountain trails, places to relax, and lovely nature views. It's a hidden gem. The rooms are clean and cosy, the service is great, and the food is delicious. There's also a kids' playground, and the prices are more than decent. We're regular guests and are always happy to return.
