Dilek at reception was a highlight of my stay. Her warm smile, professionalism, patience, and readiness to help with questions or recommendations made me feel well looked after. She really raised the whole experience. The hotel itself felt welcoming and well organized from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the calm atmosphere and thoughtful design made the stay feel special. I’d happily come back and highly recommend it! 💛✨

The room was okay, but it was freezing when we arrived because there was no heating. The AC was the only way to warm it up, and that wasn’t enough. Luckily, there were plenty of blankets. Apart from that, it was 👍, though this isn’t a four-star hotel.

For me, Hotel Mizo is the best hotel in Ohrid. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and it's easy to get to everything nearby. From the moment you arrive, the reception team makes you feel welcome. They're professional and always willing to help, and the whole place has a warm feel to it.

The staff made the stay for us, especially Asime, the blonde girl at reception. She was so kind and helped us with everything. Our room was modern, really comfortable, and spotlessly clean, and we liked the food too. We'd definitely come back.

The room looked nice at first, but I noticed two holes in the wall and couldn't tell why they were there. Maybe something used to be there and they were never filled in. There was also a cigarette smell when we first arrived. The AC doesn't work, and the Internet is awful. Forget trying to play a game, it loses connection after a few seconds.
