The location in the city centre was good, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good too, and the hotel was clean. The room was on the small side, but fine if you’re not planning to spend all day in it. There wasn’t a fridge.

Being able to walk to the old town and other sights was a real plus, and the front desk staff were especially friendly. The breakfast fell well short of what I’d expect from a place calling itself four star. It used to be an Ibis, but whatever the hotel was before, it should meet a four star standard now.

The rooms were clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job throughout the other areas as well. It’s in a great spot, breakfast was good, and the price felt like good value.

Marjan and Saska at the front desk deserve a mention for the great service and their excellent tips on local food and sights. The service in general was good, and breakfast was especially nice. The hotel is just off the main square.
