Hotel Dolce International

We had a lovely, peaceful stay right in the centre of the capital. The rooms were clean, breakfast was tasty, and the staff were kind and nice. I'd recommend it.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and even though I booked at short notice, my room was ready when I arrived. They accept dogs, and the staff like them too. ❤️🐾🙏🏼 There's a lovely restaurant, cafe and bar area nearby, so it was easy to find a good meal and enjoy the evening without taking a cab. I skipped breakfast at the hotel and had coffee at a nearby cafe instead. My room was perfectly clean, the air conditioning worked, and I had a nice view over the backyard. The high ceilings and curtains kept the sun out. The tap could use some descaling because the water sprayed a bit, and I couldn't get the bedside light to work. Highly recommendable place.

The rooms were dirty and the staff were super rude. When you complain, they insult you and even threaten you. Never again.

On my second business stay, the parking and strong WiFi made things convenient. There's separate WiFi on every floor. The hotel is quiet too, I've never needed the earplugs I always carry. The staff are friendly and hospitable. They gave us tea for free, and housekeeping went above and beyond without charging extra. The building shows some wear and the breakfast may not be stellar, but the gym and conference room add value. The conference room is well equipped with the cables and jacks needed, a reliable TV setup, and adjustable lighting, which made meetings easy and productive.
