Lazar was easygoing and quick to answer any questions, both before the stay and while I was there. I spent two nights in July 2022, and the apartment was a real gem. It’s about 30 m², loft-style, in great shape and just like the photos. The bed was comfortable, towels were provided, and it had everything I needed: good air conditioning, satellite TV, strong Wi-Fi, a kettle, microwave, fridge and iron. The building’s exterior looks a little run-down, but the apartment itself is lovely. It’s on the fifth floor, with an elevator, and I didn’t hear the neighbors. There was some street noise, which is normal for the city center. Makedonia Square is a three-minute walk away. Supermarkets are nearby on the same boulevard, and there are trendy cafés and restaurants if you head toward the city park.
