Leonardo Hotel

We liked the value for money, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The walk to the city centre took around 25-30 minutes for us, though I'm a slow walker, so others may get there faster. Breakfast was simple and efficient, but enough to leave you full. There's a small shop on the way to a nearby restaurant, where the hotel's business card gets you 10% off. We didn't see the bar that the booking page listed. Parking may be tricky, so it's best to reserve ahead. We also had noisy neighbours upstairs, though that's down to the guests rather than the hotel. A few things could be better: a kettle in the room for tea or coffee, working lights, and a way to ask for no service or no disturbance. I also didn't like the paper dispensers where you pull out one little piece at a time. For a three-star hotel, though, the stay was not bad, and a few small touches could improve it.

We were in a calm residential area, about a 25-minute walk from the city centre. The rooms were roomy and pleasant, the beds really comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was tasty. The staff worked hard to make sure guests had a great stay, and they were genuinely nice. Safet especially stood out. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The staff were kind, and breakfast was good. It's easy enough to walk into the centre, and taxi drivers know where the hotel is. The rooms have plenty of space, comfortable beds, and access to the garden at the back. Wi-Fi and parking in front are free. A very nice, affordable place in Skopje, and I'd stay again.

Breakfast had a really good range, mostly continental, with eggs available if you ask and plenty of local deli meats, cheese and fruit. The staff were friendly and spoke enough English to make communication easy. The rooms were clean and well looked after for a reasonable price. You can get beers at reception and sit outside the front entrance. The location is good too.
