Hotel Emka

The rooms are roomy and look nice, but cleanliness could be much better. Also, the gym shown on their website has been gone for the last 3 years. Don’t book here expecting to use it.

Fair prices, and the room was spacious and nice for a night. The shower and bathroom were huge, which I liked. Just don’t expect too much. Some of the furniture and interior were damaged, and the restaurant had a really strong smoke smell, like many restaurants in northmazedonia.

The staff were kind, and the hotel is comfortable. It’s outside the city centre, though not too far away. My room faced east and had big windows, but only one could open. It got really hot in the morning, and the curtains didn’t block enough light for me to sleep well. The road beside the hotel is very busy, so ask for a room on the other side if you want somewhere quiet.

The garden is relaxing and inspiring, with great panoramic views of the Sharr Mountains. Hotel Emka also has new beds and bathrooms, and the sound insulation is great. There’s free Wi-Fi, parking, and breakfast. I highly recommend it and give it 10 stars for a stay in Tetovo.
