I was alone in the room when the person responsible for the place came in around midnight while I was asleep. He stared at me, then started questioning me after I woke up startled, without asking if that was okay. I spent the rest of the night panicking and couldn’t sleep. In the morning I called someone to talk about it. Later, I heard the restaurant staff had commented on my clothes. The menu there was poor, and there were fries and other food scattered on the floor.

The ship was beautiful, and the crew were kind and helpful throughout. We enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely return. We’d never slept on a boat before, so that was a fantastic first for us.

The service was perfect, but the food fell short. The pork was just right, while the beef was poor quality.

The view over Maldost lake was beautiful, and the meal was delicious without costing too much. The place has a baroque interior with a piano in the middle. We went for dinner and had a really good experience. The staff were polite and welcoming.

I won't be coming back. The waiter ignored us for most of the meal, didn't listen to our orders, and was rude and dismissive from the moment we sat down. We felt unwelcome, with no attention or basic courtesy. Going out to eat should be enjoyable, not make you feel like a nuisance to the staff. This left a very bad impression, and based on the service alone, I wouldn't recommend the restaurant. I rarely leave a negative review, but this service was unacceptable.
