The hotel facilities are good, and it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed in Hpa-an. But the advance booking service is poor. If you take a booking, don’t later cancel it with some excuse. That creates real difficulties for the person arranging the trip. If you want to focus on travel and tours, you shouldn’t be accepting customers’ bookings in the first place.

The service was pretty average, probably because they’re short on staff. The rooms are a decent size for a couple, but they need upkeep and a proper deep clean.

The setting and building look great, and we stayed with family for 3D2N during the busy Thin Gyan Holidays 2025 period. But the room never got cool, even with the AC set to 17°C at night. At home we’re comfortable with it at 26°C, so that was disappointing. The pool was slippery with algae, and I have no idea when it was last cleaned. I sent them a private message through FB Messenger with suggestions. Another hotel had reached out on the same platform for feedback, but after 12 days this place still hadn’t replied. Please do something about these problems. Such a good location and design are being wasted.

The views are amazing, but the room was bad and really put me in a bad mood. The air conditioning was growing mold, and the bathroom smelled like pee. Breakfast and the food were very basic and average too.
