The staff were especially attentive. If I hadn’t come down for breakfast by a certain time, they’d call to see whether I wanted it brought to my room. There’s also a café downstairs with good coffee and a free welcome drink for guests. My room was fairly clean and a little larger than what you’d usually get for this price. It had a smart TV, and despite being beside a main road, it was surprisingly quiet thanks to good soundproofing. The central location is handy, though parking can be awkward. Breakfast was fine, but the choice was limited and the strawberry jam tasted cheap.

The receptionists were warm and professional, and the café is lovely. Guests can sit there and have a welcome juice until 7:00 pm. The rooms are on the small side. During the day, the first floor gets very noisy, with staff and housekeeping talking loudly and slamming doors. It was pretty annoying.

The staff were friendly and gave great service, and Hotel Vista is in an excellent spot. My room was clean and well kept. Breakfast felt limited, though, and could use more choices. The linens seem ready to be replaced, and the towels were old and uncomfortable to use.

The worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. They charge extra for additional cleaning on the day you check out.

The watercress was good plain, but the fries were absolutely tiny.
