It's easy to walk from here to the market or railway station, and the view is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, with a big cupboard and bathroom, and the cleaning service was very good. Breakfast may not suit foreigners very well. There are a few Asian options like noodles, but the white bread is very bad. You have to ask for things like tea, though it's free when you get it, so I'd still recommend going.

The rooms are large, and there's parking for a few cars. It's a fairly new hotel at a reasonable price, in quiet, isolated surroundings just a few minutes' drive from downtown Kalaw. Recommended.

The breakfast selection is limited, and the dining room is downstairs. The room was not bad, though the elevator is narrow.
