What stood out first was the unusual, beautiful decor inspired by Myanmar traditions. The hotel is fairly large, and the staff were really friendly to me and my family. Our room had a huge bed and warm lighting, and the bathroom was very clean. I also liked that they leave cup noodles for guests who get hungry. The pool is big, but the water was so cold I could only swim for 10 minutes. The buffet choices were okay, though I'm a picky eater, so I may not be the best judge. The hotel is near the ayarwaddy river, which made it easy to go for a walk there with my family. I really liked the rooms and decor.

I stayed here ten years ago, in 2014, a year after it opened, and it was amazing then. I don't see that they've made any real improvements since. The buffet is okay-ish and fairly priced, but the aircon was so bad we had to change rooms at midnight. The location on strand road is the one good thing. I wouldn't recommend it.

The two views, river and garden, are both lovely. The hotel has a large pool, decent rooms, and a breakfast buffet with really tasty traditional food. The other buffet dishes were just normal, and the restaurant food was okay. It has full room amenities, though the decor doesn't make much impression and the bathtubs aren't very clean. You could call it the best hotel in town.

The parking lot is spacious, and the hotel itself is very large. Even the cheapest room has lots of space, though the rooms feel a bit dark. The shower has hot water, but its fittings aren't good. Staff were ordinary, and breakfast was not bad. There's a big pool, but I didn't see anyone swimming while I was there. The rooftop has a sunset and river view, though it seemed like nobody went up there.
