There are restaurants on either side of The Lodge, and the beach is just a few minutes away across the road. My room was spacious and clean, with a quiet balcony looking over the garden. Breakfast was great, but be sure to tell the staff what you'd like or you'll get enough food for the whole week. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the stay was great value.

The owner kindly let me take as many photos as I wanted of my room and the other reserved rooms. This small, locally owned family hotel isn't built like the wooden beach villas at some other places in Ngapali Beach, but it has the basics with a touch of luxury and doesn't cost a fortune. The air conditioning and TV both worked, and the staff were kind and helped me get settled. You do have to walk a short way across the road to reach the beach. It's a family-friendly place and good value for the money. I think staying at a local business supports the community, and I'd recommend it to travelers looking for a cheaper stay. I'd happily return if I don't become a millionaire first.

We stayed for four days and had a great time. The place was clean and felt sincere, and the people were warm-hearted. Staff were extremely kind and helpful, and they spoke and understood English well. Breakfast was included and completely vegetarian, with western-style choices like eggs, toast and pancakes as well as fresh local dishes made with rice, banana and coconut. I'd come back for sure!

The room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was tasty, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location worked perfectly for us, right beside a bar and restaurants, with the beach only a couple of minutes away. Thanks again, and sorry we were a bit difficult during the quiet season 😀

The rooms are comfortable and very clean, and the people at reception were extremely helpful. Great service for the price. I'd definitely come back if I visit ngapali again.
