I travel overseas regularly for business and chose this airport-near hotel for one night before my flight. I won't stay here again. KTVs played loud music until midnight, and there was no soundproofing. The vibration and noise kept me awake, and complaining didn't get a response. The hotel also holds parties in the downstairs bar, with the sound reaching the rooms. Staff were polite but couldn't help when I complained. It felt like management cared more about KTV business than guests' comfort, ignoring complaints and letting the music continue. The manager spoke loudly to staff over the walkie-talkie in front of other guests, but took no action to stop the noise. I'll stay somewhere else where I can sleep and be fresh for the next day.

It's really old and dirty. I felt like only foreigners were given cleaner rooms. The place seriously needs renovation. What I paid and what I expected didn't match at all.

The location was a big plus for my travel plans, just a quick five-minute drive from the airport. At Airport Avenue Hotel in Yangon, the service exceeded my expectations, with staff going out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, a relaxing place to come back to after a long day of travel. I'd confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and excellent service in Yangon.

Compared with other hotels near the airport, this one is really solid, and the rooms are cheap. Honestly, it's the best hotel in that area. A small breakfast is included with the room, and it tastes average to good.

It's very close to the domestic airport, and you can walk there if you don't have much baggage. The room was nice and spacious, but the staff weren't helpful. I called reception about a blocked sink and nobody came. Since I was alone with an early flight, I asked for a wake-up call in case I slept through it, but no one called. Luckily, I woke up on my own. I also requested breakfast to go the night before, and they only gave me toast and coffee, not even an egg.
