They bring you a cold drink on arrival, a nice thoughtful gesture when you've had to deal with the heat. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were lovely and cordial. They provide a free motorbike ride into town, and I believe a staff member takes you.

The breakfast was terrible, and the noise from the kitchen above the family room was awful. They were chopping food for late-arriving tour packages all night. We asked them to stop in the middle of the night so we could rest, but they didn't care about the request. We changed hotels the next day.

The hotel environment is nice, and the price is fair. It's also near some shopping center, including Ocean and Junction. Breakfast was the part I liked most. For the room price, it was beyond my expectations.

The staff were lovely, always smiling and ready to help, and the service was amazing. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. They also lend you bikes for free so you can discover the area.

Room service isn't too bad, but the WiFi is so bad they should change the network. Breakfast was the worst I've ever had at a hotel. They need to listen to more customer suggestions and complaints. Thanks ♥️
