The area is quiet but easy to get around on foot, with lots of restaurants nearby, and the free breakfast is great. Staff are super friendly. The woman who runs the place was fantastic, helping me book buses and letting me borrow their bike for free. Rooms are big, the beds are comfortable, and the AC is good. WiFi is okay. The downsides were barely any hot water and very thin walls, which made it noisy at night.

For just USD 30 a night, even in peak season, the price felt very good for what you get. The hotel is in the centre of Loikaw, the staff are charming, and the owner himself takes good care of you. Breakfast is tasty local food. There's also a car park with a self-service car wash.

Rooms are clean, and the place is cheap, neat and tidy. They offer airport transport, and you can borrow a bicycle or motor cycle. It's a five minute walk to Taung Kwe Zedi, and there's a rooftop restruant.

The location was the best part for me, just 300m from Loikaw's main touristic spot, Taung Kwe Pagoda. I stayed two nights in May 2018 and liked being able to borrow bicycles for free. They can provide a guide too. I met Win Han Thu, who was friendly and speaks excellent English, and I can recommend him. The room was functional, with a comfortable bed, AC, a desk and a fridge. Breakfast on the rooftop was a nice way to start the day.

It isn't too expensive and felt worth the price. The rooms were clean and fully furnished, the staff friendly, and the buffet breakfast was perfect. The free car wash made my stay pleasant too.
