We really enjoyed our stay. The place is small, with comfortable, good rooms and nice breakfast, and the customer service was great. It’s well placed for the main attractions, which are easy to get to, and they offer free bicycles for exploring the city.

The rooms were modern and really clean, and the breakfast was amazing. Staff were the best I’ve encountered so far. They even kept my bag for a few days while I visited other towns. I can’t recommend the place enough.

The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, and the rooms were clean. We stayed three nights, left our luggage in storage while we spent a night in Hsipaw, then came back for another night. After checking out, we could leave our bags, explore Mandalay for the day, and shower in the lobby before our bus. There are also some great restaurants close by. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

The shower was the one hassle: it points too high, so I had to hold it, and it took a while to warm up. A room at the back may be a better choice if you want to avoid road noise. Otherwise, it’s a very nice hotel, clean and modern, with comfortable beds, good air conditioning, and friendly staff.

We paid 20 USD for a double room, with a really good breakfast included. The room was new and spotless, with a great shower and a super comfortable king bed all to myself. There’s a nice rooftop for breakfast and relaxing, plus free bikes. The staff are lovely. I already love Mandalay!
