2/10
The highway noise from our room was unreasonable. Staff barely spoke any English, apart from the manager, who was not nice at all. Checkout was at noon, and we wanted to leave at 9:00. It was raining heavily, so we asked to go back to the room and wait until noon. After five minutes, the manager said I couldn't return, even if I'd forgotten something, and didn't care. We had to stay in the lobby with the terrible rain outside and nothing to do.

The service was good, though sometimes there wasn't enough hot water in the bathroom.
