The billing was a major problem. They charge foreigners more than locals and add surcharges that aren't listed in writing. Even with a printed booking confirmation from a website, they insisted on adding a percentage to my bill. I felt they cheated guests wherever they could. The rooms were also filthy. There was mold in the restrooms, peeling paint on the door frames, and yellow stains everywhere, including drips from the water heater and marks in the soap dispensers. The sheets were stained and looked as if someone had already slept in them. The staff were friendly and helpful, as is usual in Myanmar, but seemed able to follow only their training. Smiles didn't help when they couldn't answer questions. Avoid this place.
