The breakfast was tasty, and having cereal and milk made me especially happy. There weren't many choices, though, and I didn't like that they didn't provide ice with the drinks. Hot water is available for coffee.

The room was clean and the service was good. There's a swimming pool on the hotel's second floor, though I didn't try it because my tour schedule was so tight. A minimart is close by if you need to pick something up.

Breakfast is tasty and comes with plenty of choices, but the hotel has changed a lot since my first visit three years earlier. When it had just opened in 2014, it smelled fresh; by my return in 2017, it was smoky. It's a Chinese-oriented hotel. The WiFi was worse than bad, and my complaints didn't lead to any improvement.

I was lucky to get a room on the 11th floor, with amazing city views from the windows. The buffet breakfast was phenomenal, with loads of choice, and the facilities were great. There's a pool and gym on-site, though I'm not sure whether they cost extra. The location may be a little far from the best restaurants and main Mandalay hotspots. After months of traveling around Asia, this was one of the best places I've stayed.

The breakfast was very nice, with a good variety of food and excellent service. The shower was also excellent, with lovely warm water. They should be more careful about privacy when returning laundry. Room attendants shouldn't enter a guest's room without permission.
