Cinderella Hotel

It's a newer place in a handy location, about a 10-minute walk from both the promenade and the market. The dorms are excellent, with two showers and toilets. Beds are roomy and modern, each with its own locker, light, and curtains. The price may be a little above average, but the hotel is newly established and there aren't many people in each room, so there's almost no disturbance. I'd definitely come back on a future trip.

Single rooms feel a little basic, so I'd suggest choosing a twin room or larger. The hotel interior has Myanmar-style decor that gives it a sightseeing feel. Staff are responsive, and the food at the restaurant next door is clean, so it feels comfortable to eat there.

The place is full of traditional items, including musical instruments and costumes, and it's a great fit for anyone, local or foreign, who wants to learn more about our traditions. Rooms are clean and nice, staff are warm and polite, and the price is reasonable with breakfast included. There's parking and free wifi, though don't expect too much from the connection. One suggestion: the corridor needs better ventilation.

At No,21 Baho Road, Sitkei Gone Quarter, I was almost shocked by the price, about 40,000 MMK per room for one night. They served us breakfast and coffee too. Such a cheap, luxurious place for tourists. I really recommend it.
