I was there for nine days and had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast was great, the food was excellent, and the coffee they brought me each day was superb. The staff were especially kind. Kaung deserves a particular thank you for all the help. I'd gladly recommend this place.

The rooms weren't very clean, and housekeeping needs work. Some upgrades would help as well, since the facilities felt dated. The staff were friendly, though.

The view from my room was nice, but the hotel is in rough shape. My room was dirty, and housekeeping didn't change the sheets. Wi-Fi only worked in rooms near the elevator. Breakfast was the same food each day, with no variety, and at night I heard animals screeching above the bathroom ceiling all night. The staff were very friendly and spoke a wide range of languages. I paid $50 USD a night. Covid definitely hit this place hard.

The hotel's clean and accommodating, and the room was pleasant. The staff were all friendly and very polite. A large Ocean grocery store is nearby, along with several restaurants, so the location is good. Dining was the weak point for us. Breakfast was okay, though not great by Western standards, and dinner didn't work out well. The hamburger was awful. We also couldn't eat upstairs in the restaurant and had to take our meal back to the room.

On May 1, 2023, no bellboy came to help with my luggage. I asked for a lower floor, but they insisted on the fourth floor, and I don't know why. When I called to ask about booking, they said that if the electricity went out, the lift couldn't be used, so staying on the second floor would mean fewer stairs. I insisted on a lower floor for that reason. Maybe they were short on electricity and needed to use a generator, and were grouping guests on one floor to save costs. That's just my guess. The room rate was 60,000 ks per night. The water was yellowish even after running it for 20 minutes, as the front desk advised. I couldn't shower with it the next morning before checking out. Other room facilities were good. The basement car park has quite a steep slope.
