Win Unity Resort Hotel

It’s a calm place by the lake, with a huge property, and a good spot to spend time with family. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choices and fresh fruit, and the food served with tea was delicious. Service was excellent. The swimming pool needs improvement, though, and there are mosquitoes at night.

The compound is spacious, with a nice pool, and the buffet breakfast is quite good, mostly Burmese and Asian dishes. The hotel sits on the lake shore, and the rooms are comfortable with clean toilets and showers. You can hear the neighboring room’s toilet or shower from your room. The ATM doesn’t work.

The breakfast had plenty of choices, but dinner was disappointing. The grilled sea bass tasted below average. Some staff struggled to fully satisfy guests, too. After I washed my hair, I waited at least 5-10 min for administration to bring a dryer. Mosquitoes are the strangest issue here, so check the fogging schedule, which runs two days a week. The hotel has over a hundred rooms, perhaps, and an affordable price, large grounds, and nice surroundings. Being beside Kan Thar Yar Lake makes it peaceful, and there’s a nice swimming pool. It suits families and organizational trips, but getting to downtown can be difficult without your own vehicle. The good breakfast, pool, affordable price, and spacious grounds are why I’d choose it.

The big lake gives the large hotel grounds a great view, and it’s a good place to rest. Breakfast is good, with a variety of Burmese food. WiFi is the weak point. When many guests are staying, the connection is bad and sometimes won’t connect at all.
