Jade Royal Hotel has a pool that’s a peaceful place to relax, along with a fitness center, spa, and meeting rooms. Its location gives easy access to Nay Pyi Taw business hubs, government offices, and attractions, making it suited to business and leisure stays. The restaurant serves a wide range of local and international food made with fresh ingredients, and the plentiful breakfast buffet has lots of tasty choices. The hotel feels upscale and welcoming, with modern, elegant design. Staff were professional and friendly, quick to help, and check-in was smooth. Rooms are spacious, stylish, and well equipped for a luxurious stay, with comfortable beds, air conditioning, large flat-screen TVs, and clean, maintained bathrooms. Contemporary and traditional decor come together for a cozy but polished feel. It’s a premium stay with attentive service and good value.

The KTV is really cheap, which is good if you’re on a budget. In the daytime, one room for nine people costs 6,300 Ks per hour, and they have larger rooms at different prices. The microphones have static because of the room size, and the system hasn’t been upgraded, so there aren’t many songs to choose from. My friend says the accommodation is good enough, but the food isn’t.

It’s a great spot if you’re after somewhere quiet to rest. Tha Byay Kone Market and the High Way Bus Station are nearby. Breakfast is included with the room, and you can pay to order other food from the hotel or find another restaurant. There are lots of restaurants and tea houses within a two- or three-minute walk.

It’s temporarily closed; I’ll update this when it opens again. The compound covers nearly 3-4 acres, with 52 guest rooms, 24 KTV rooms, and dining capacity for almost 120 people.

The price, decor, and service were all fair, and we were satisfied 🤣. But my bedroom was awful at night because the shower kept dripping the whole time.
