KMA Naypyitaw Hotel

I’ve been at KMA Hotel in Room No. 308 for more than 24 days. When I asked today to extend my stay by three days, the front office told me the room had already been sold to another group. As a long-term guest, I should have been told sooner if an extension wasn’t possible. Getting this news at the last minute felt unprofessional and gave me the impression that group bookings and profit matter more than guests already staying at the hotel. This doesn’t match KMA Hotel’s reputation. I urge the head office to review the front office team’s service standards and management practices so long-staying guests aren’t treated this way.

KMA Naypyitaw Hotel is a convenient, affordable choice for visitors to the city, with access to attractions, government offices, and business areas. It has a fitness center and meeting facilities, though it falls short of higher-end hotels on some luxury features. Wi-Fi can be slow, which may be inconvenient if you need reliable internet. The hotel combines modern design with a peaceful feel, and staff are welcoming, professional, and attentive. Rooms are spacious and clean, with air conditioning, comfortable beds, and modern bathrooms. The simple decor makes for a relaxing place to unwind after a busy day. At the restaurant, local and international dishes are flavorful and reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet has a good range, though more local specialties would be a nice addition. Overall, it’s a solid, comfortable option for the price.

The rooms are old and poorly maintained, the pool isn’t clean, and the dining room is too hot because the air conditioning doesn’t work properly. Staff don’t seem well trained. Service was bad: there was only one small bottle of shower gel for three people, and they wouldn’t provide more when we asked. The towels were torn, there was no bathroom floor mat, and the hair dryer didn’t work. Wi-Fi was poor, and they only accepted cash, not card payments.

KMA NayPyiTaw Hotel is a great place to stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are good, and there’s a nice restaurant. Highly recommend it.
