Sunny Paradise Resort

We brought a group of 60 for a two-night company retreat, and I left disappointed. The service was the worst part. I was carrying a heavy basket of outside food by myself and asked for a buggy, but both the security guard and receptionist refused because the food wasn’t from the hotel. Paying guests should get basic help regardless of where their food comes from. The rooms also had broken doors, stained towels and bedsheets, and bathrooms that drained poorly. With the cleanliness problems and unprofessional service, I can’t recommend this hotel.

We didn’t get our room until 5:15 PM, even though check-in is usually at 2 PM and we’d arrived at 4. For what they charge, the service isn’t worth it. The rooms are old and poorly maintained, the water heater didn’t work, and the toilet tank refilled very slowly. There were mosquitoes in the room too, and the customer service was disappointing.

A pleasant place to unwind with family. There’s a play area and a kids’ pool, which made it easier and more relaxing for parents to keep an eye on the children.

I stayed there in Sep 2024. Finding a Bible in the drawer of each hotel room is rare for me, and seeing one here warmed my heart. I’ll visit again next year.
