The staff were friendly and helpful, and the shower had working hot water even though the taps had no pressure. The beds were fine, less hard than the usual Myanmar bed, and the rooms were clean. They couldn’t tell me which pagoda was open for climbing. E-bikes cost 6000 kyat a day in low season, 8k otherwise. Breakfast was okay: toast, fried eggs, some kind of donuts, watermelon, samosa, and instant tea or coffee.

We only needed a room for an eight-hour stop before our bus back to Yangon. I contacted them on FB messenger and got a quick reply, and the workers were friendly. The wifi was strong. Our ground-floor room was small, had no view, and smelled bad from outside, which is why I rated the room condition.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bus ticket service worked well. Breakfast was excellent. E-Bikes cost 8000Kyat per day. The bathroom facilities were a bit run down.

The price seems suitable for budget travellers. It feels more like a guest house for locals, though, and they only recently got a license to serve foreigners, so they still need to raise their standards.

The staff are kind, and being close to the Shezigon pagoda meant I could go there every day for all three days. But I couldn’t open the room window to get fresh air, the bathroom was inconvenient, and breakfast was just so-so.
