By Myanmar standards, the accommodation is decent, though it falls short by global standards. It covers most practical needs, with laundry, bike and e-scooter rentals, and ticket booking. The staff were helpful, if a little inquisitive.

The only nice part was breakfast. I arrived at 5 in the morning and my room wasn’t ready. After I argued with the guy, they gave me another room right beside reception. It was loud, the shower barely worked and only had cold water, and the toilet wouldn’t flush, probably because it was broken. He hadn’t told me any of that. They would have left me there if I hadn’t asked for a different room. The second room was much the same, with a cold shower and really bad WiFi. The room was also very noisy because it was right by the street, and I found carcroackes in it. When I checked out, they even charged me for the water in my room. They also wanted money for a map of bagan. Just a horrible stay.

Avoid this hotel. The room was very dirty, and the breakfast menu wasn’t good enough. The electricity also ran out. The staff were unfriendly and stupid, and the hotel manager was terrible. The lady manager was too bad and naughty.

The room smelled so bad it gave us a headache, and the bathroom was very dirty. We were very angry about the room and disappointed with the place. They are lier.

Avoid! The photo looks completely different from the real place. The shower room and toilet were horrible, and the old guy at reception was not honest. Horrible stay.
