Our family really enjoyed staying here. The hotel is well organized and friendly, with a very good buffet breakfast. Lunch and dinner are available too, and there’s a swimming pool, gym, music band, KTV, and spa. Thanaka is also available if you wish to ware it 🥰 It’s a fantastic, quiet place, but a little away from the main catchment areas. Having your own transport or making arrangements would be better.

We had a fantastic three-night stay with family. Of the hotels in a similar range we’ve tried in Bagan, this one had the most delicious breakfast. It would be good if the hotel considered not charging local customers in USD.

The resort has beautiful architecture, and it felt like a lovely resort as soon as we arrived. Palm trees surround the pool, there’s a small gym, and the restaurant looks pretty beside the pool. The service there was very friendly, and the staff did their best to explain things in English, but the kitchen wasn’t the best. I enjoyed the Margarita's during the bar’s 5-7 pm happy hour. The rooms are a good size and felt 5* quality, though I was disappointed there was no shampoo. We rented electric scooters for 4$ for 4 hrs. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you Heritage.

The staff were friendly, alert, and communicative throughout our stay. Check-in was easy, and they let us into our room much earlier than expected. When my husband got a bit sick on departure day, they offered us a late check-out. We spent 4nights in a Grand Deluxe room, which was immaculate and relaxing every day. The breakfast buffet had enough variety that we didn’t get tired of it, and the pool and lounge area were super cozy for an afternoon siesta. We had a grand time and will surely come back!

The architecture fits beautifully with Bagan’s pagodas, and the hotel felt like being inside a fairy tale. We had four wonderful nights in a spacious, clean room. After visiting Bagan, we could relax by the swimming pool. The poolside restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the food was excellent. In the evening, the setting was especially romantic.
