The hotel is clean and roomy, with simple amenities and friendly, helpful staff. They have a three-bed family room. Breakfast is served on the rooftop, where the view is very good, and you can watch both sunrise and sunset. If you’re up around 4 to 4:30am, you can see the hot air balloons rise. There are mosquitoes around, so watch out.

The rooftop has a great view, and you can catch the sunrise while having the excellent buffet breakfast. The location is a five-minute walk from the Main Street and a 45-minute walk from the main pagoda. The place is very clean, with new, comfortable beds and an awesome shower. The staff are kind and very helpful.

It’s quiet on the edge of new Began, but only a couple of minutes by bike from town. The staff are super friendly, and the roof terrace is a nice spot for breakfast or sunset. I thought the superior rooms at the back were well worth upgrading to. The place needs a few repairs, as maintenance doesn’t seem to be a priority, though apparently a full overhaul is planned for the low season. The manager said there would be a pool next season. If you need one for the day before then, you can use the hotel down the road for $8. Love this place.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the grounds are very well maintained. Breakfast was very good, and the rooftop is a beautiful place to eat and watch the sunrise. The manager and staff are open, friendly, and always happy to help.

You reach the place through a small lane, and there are two separate areas, one in a building and one with bungalows. I’d recommend the bungalow type. Its exterior and interior decor follow Bagan architecture, and you’ll love it. Breakfast is served on the building rooftop, with sunrise views. Hot air balloons pass through the area and can be seen from up there.
