The room prices are fair, but the staff need more training in customer relations. The bar counter staff were especially terrible. They didn't seem interested in doing their assigned jobs.

The staff make you feel at home with the way they treat you, and the place has a very friendly atmosphere. There's a variety of food at breakfast, and the Sri Lankan food is nice. Best of all, you get a free 15-minute head massage. I'd definitely recommend it. This was my second visit.

I stayed here a few days ago, and the toilet in my room was really terrible. The basin pipes were junk and the water didn't drain properly. The tap water was very salty, the toilet tank lever was broken, and the cleaning was poor. It seemed like they hadn't maintained the facilities, especially in the toilet. The service was okay.

Restaurant review only: The tom yam kung tasted great, and the place was clean with a lovely ambiance. Prices were reasonable, and I'd visit again. They also offer a wonderful breakfast buffet with enough choices for both Asian and Western tastes. I tried the fish and chicken curries, which were delicious. The egg bar makes great omelettes and scrambled eggs, and you can have eggs any style. There's fresh fruit, toast, cereals, plus unlimited juice, coffee, or tea.
