The service is quite enough.

I was in trouble in Yangon and could barely communicate in English. The Sakura Hotel Yangon staff helped me as much as they could, smiling and sorting out a taxi for me. I didn't know what taxis should cost there, so I appreciated them handling it. That kindness from everyone, from the manager to the security officer, is why I gave Sakura Hotel five stars. The biggest help came when I left my phone in a taxi. It had my boarding pass for the trip back to Thailand, mobile banking, and important work photos on it. I hadn't paid much attention at first because the phone itself wasn't expensive, but the staff at Sakura Hotel tracked it down and got it back to me. I was really impressed. I've added the hotel to the list I'm coordinating for foreign company staff, from chief technicians through supervisors, who need a place to stay while training in Yangon. Sakura Hotel will be my first choice. I'll be back soon. I also forgot to take a souvenir photo with the receptionist, who I wanted to tell was very beautiful.
