Capital Tower - Apartments and Services

We had already paid, but they lost our booking and told us the apartments were full, so we couldn't stay. The owner wouldn't talk to us by phone to sort it out, and we spent over two hours in a tiny lobby without getting any useful help. We found another hotel ourselves, and they wouldn't help us get a taxi. When the manager finally showed up, she charged us to take us to the new hotel, which felt like a scam. No one apologized. I've traveled around the world, and this was some of the worst hotel service I've had. It was a shame after all the good Mongolian hospitality we experienced elsewhere. Avoid this place.

We tried to book a hotel for two nights, but they had lost our reservation and did nothing useful to fix the situation. We worked it out ourselves in the end. The manager called a taxi and scammed us. They wasted our time and money. Don't rent a room here.

The place felt safe and comfortable, and the staff were friendly too.
