Elegance Hotel

😶 The staff were reportedly impolite, and the place had cleanliness problems, including blood stains on the bed that raised serious hygiene concerns. Breakfast was disappointing too, with unappetizing food that seemed to be leftovers. The overall feel was like a low-quality establishment, and I'd strongly recommend against visiting.

The hallway was loud with screaming, fighting, and chaos until 4 am, so I couldn't sleep. There was no hot water in the evening, and bathroom plumbing parts were missing or broken. My non-smoking room had an ashtray and countless burn marks in the carpet. It wasn't clean, though for the price I expected that, and the room itself was tolerable. I wasn't expecting much for what I paid, but I still didn't get much sleep and probably wouldn't return.

Good location near the center and quite cheap, but I would never come back. On weekends, rooms on the upper floors are evidently used by local young people for parties, with drunk men shouting and no way to sleep. The staff were kind but not professional and couldn't quiet anyone. They didn't speak English at all. One time, the included breakfast had nothing.

Bad staff kicked me out of the hotel. They asked me for more money because of a price increase I hadn't been told about, or because I was a foreigner. A local friend and I were both made to leave.
