When I arrived on 12 May 25, there was no Wi-Fi or internet and the TV didn't work. Staff did carry my luggage up four floors, since there's no lift.

There's no air conditioning in the room. Still, it's a clean and quiet hotel near the city center, in a busy city, with friendly English-speaking staff and large double-bed rooms for a fair price.

The room was cold, and there were stains on the floor. They also charged us for a bottle of water, even though water is complimentary in many hotels.

4/10
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed linen and curtains looked elegant. But there was no hot water for two days, and the view from one window was just a brick wall. The location is convenient.

The staff are really kind, and the place is clean and pleasant. Unfortunately the rooms get too warm and have no AC. Daily cleaning was the bare minimum: they changed the towels but didn't make the bed.
