We spent three nights here. The room was spacious, breakfast was good, and the service was excellent. The rough part was check-in night: after a two-and-a-half-hour drive from the airport, we found there was only one liter of water for two people. The receptionist flatly refused to give us more, and there was none in the minibar. It made for a very uncomfortable night. Please offer extra water for a charge if needed, but don't refuse to provide it.

I loved staying here. The place feels pleasant and elegant, and the front desk staff were a real highlight. They helped my brother and me rent motorcycles, gave us wonderful guidance, and were an absolute joy to talk with. Exceptional.

I booked at the last minute and don't regret it. The room was quiet and comfortable, with very high-standard equipment. Everyone on staff spoke English and was very hospitable. I especially liked the shoe polishing service.

The staff's warmth and service made me feel at home, and the rooms were spacious and spotless. Breakfast was excellent too. There's a spa, coffee, a bar, and a restaurant, so a lot is right there. Easily one of the best hotels in Mongolia.

10/10
The staff were great, the food and service very good, and the rooms clean, comfortable, and fairly spacious. It may not be as fancy as a Kempinski in other cities. You can walk to the center, though if you do a lot of walking, a bus or car may be better. It's close enough, but not the most convenient location for getting around on foot.
