I've tried saunas, onsens, and jimjilbags all over Korea and Singapore, and visited a really good one in Ulaanbatar too. This was by far the worst I've experienced. If this had been my first Korean-style sauna visit, I doubt I'd ever go back to one. The place stinks. There's one pool at 32°C and one cold pool, plus a loud TV in the common area. Shirtless men shout into their phones as if they're out in an open field, with no regard for the people around them. Run away from this hole.

One star is too generous. The room was filthy, with hair all over the bedsheets, stains on the toilet and mirror, and food stains on an unwiped table. The furniture and walls were old and dirty. Even the replacement sheets they brought were dirty and covered in hair. The TV didn't work.

I was there for the 21-day state Covid quarantine. The room decor and furniture were fine, just standard, but the room was veeeery cold and uncomfortable. There was no heat at the end of September, and only a few TV channels.

A pleasant, clean sauna at a very reasonable price compared with other saunas in UB. I liked the indoor plants and took a picture :)
