I really appreciated being allowed to check in a little before my scheduled time. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast had a tasty buffet with plenty of choice, plus coffee and juice. My room and the rest of the hotel were super clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot every time. There's also a small gym, handy after eating so much. The hotel is great value, and just a three-minute walk from Sukhbaatar Square, with shops and restaurants nearby. I felt very safe going out early in the morning and late in the evening. There was lots to see nearby, and I also took day trips outside Ulaanbaatar. Thanks again for a really pleasant stay. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

The location is the only thing I liked. The room was cramped and small, and for two people there were just two little shampoo bottles and no body wash. There wasn't even a lobby, and for that price it didn't really look like a hotel. It felt more like a student boarding house.

The staff were very attentive, and breakfast had an excellent selection. The room was comfortable, though a little quirky, and the bathroom was comfortable too. It's centrally located.

The location is a 10 out of 10, and the reception staff speak English, which is really nice. It's very clean and well looked after, but the basic room is tiny and feels a bit claustrophobic even for one person. Breakfast is very basic but convenient. It's fine if it's included in the room price, though I wouldn't pay extra for it since you can get better food at any cafe or restaurant.

The rooms are good, the bathroom is nice, and the hotel is centrally located. If you need a transfer, UBshuttle mongolia has good prices. The hotel doesn't reply to emails, and losing a room key costs 4 dollars. I've never seen that before, especially when the food is cheaper than the key.
