The rooms are comfortable, but the service was very poor. I arrived to find an unprepared, dirty room left by the previous guest. On one day, the breakfast restaurant was closed without any explanation.

The rooms are cozy, though not very large. A remote-controlled automatic toilet would be the best thing in the bathrooms. Breakfast is quite limited: they serve a plate with some meat, plus one or two kinds of bread, salad, milk, coffee, and juice.

The location was picturesque and the hotel's exterior looked grand, but the inside felt dated and needed renovation. My room was smaller than I expected, with no mini-fridge and inadequate lighting. Service was inconsistent: some staff were friendly and helpful, while others seemed disinterested. I was disappointed and don't feel the hotel justified its high price.

The staff are really nice and try hard to help. During my month-long stay, the water was cut three times and the electricity twice. The breakfast is a scam at $15, avoid it by all means.

The rooms are very clean and nice, and the food is good at both restaurants. Staff are helpful, and it's easy to get to and from the airport. The hotel isn't too far from the CBD.
