Conrad Macao

Our room was spotless each day, and the little details stood out, like the phone cables clipped neatly and our child’s toys tidied up. Breakfast was fresh, beautifully presented, and had plenty of choice. Our 6-year-old loved it. The team made the whole stay feel warm and easy. Ms. Agnes, Director of Operations, was present and engaged, and her leadership came through in the proactive, attentive service without anyone hovering. Peter,Newan & Allen from Guest Services were quick, friendly, and helpful. Ken,Ivan & Luca at Front Office made check-in and check-out smooth and welcoming. We had a super positive stay at Conrad Macao and would happily recommend it. Thanks to Ms. Agnes and everyone for making the trip memorable.

The hotel was clean and pleasant, and the staff were really friendly. At our request, they also acknowledged our son's birthday, which we appreciated. We were two adults and two children in a suite, and getting a fourth bed took some back and forth. At first they said two extra beds weren't possible and that one child would need the sofabed. Then we were told the sofabed couldn't be used the following night because of fire safety risks. In the end, the manager helped sort it out.

When I got sick and felt like vomiting, the staff brought hot water with honey and lemon while I waited for the pharmacy to open. That really helped me continue with the rest of our trip. The location was good, with lots of shuttle options, and the assistance was kind. Our room was clean, the amenities were good quality, including byredo, and I had no complaints about it. I'd visit again soon.

For our 10th anniversary, the staff upgraded us to a lovely suite and surprised us with a chocolate cake in the room. They were so thoughtful, and made the celebration feel special. An unforgettable stay.
