We were nine at dinner and still got a table near the window to watch the fountain show. The red and gold decor was lovely, and the food was tasty and reasonably priced for a high end hotel. Service was great from making the reservation through leaving. I also really appreciated the manager’s thoughtfulness. My mom is ill and can’t have refrigerated birthday cake because of the Listeria risk, though the cake hadn’t been shown to have any. He overheard us and asked the kitchen to make her a hot souffle. I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name, but he wore a black suit and glasses. This was for my mother’s birthday last night. Cross-posted because there are two Fontana listings.

There was so much pastry to choose from, and the quality was really high. Most of the food was nice, though there were almost too many options. The kombucha was tasty, and the elegant design worked well with the main red color and all the fittings.

Facing the fountain lake is a lovely setting, and the Italian food and dessert buffet were good. Prices were reasonable.

The buffet was average. I misunderstood the server when she said service charge, thinking she’d said singles charge. I checked with her and she confirmed what I thought I’d heard, but after I posted the review I asked someone else and they corrected me.
