Grand Hyatt Macau

Grand Hyatt Macau now feels like home to us, and it’s our only choice when visiting Macau. Mr. Sigit C. Sugianto, Guest Service Officer – Concierge/Bell, made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. He was warm, professional, and attentive. Our son was delighted to receive a small doll from him, and that thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us as parents. The room was massive, modern, new, neat, very clean, and extremely comfortable, at a very affordable price for the quality and space. We could watch the beautiful fountain show from the room, with shows every 30 minutes in the evening. The hotel connects directly to the mall, so finding food and walking around was easy, with many places nearby. We also really enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool and tennis court. Highly recommended.

I returned for four nights at the Grand Hyatt last week, and after a small hiccup at check-in, the stay was sublime. The lounge service was the high point. The staff were exceptional, and it felt like coming back to a generous friend’s home. Tina, Duke, Peggy, and Joseph were especially outstanding. The food and wine there were the best I’ve had at any hotel, and the afternoon tea could rival what I’ve had at five-star hotels around the world. Breakfast was also delicious, with an unbelievably wide selection and everything extremely fresh. Luke and James were amazing, offering service that was both friendly and professional. Kudos to the hotel GM for clearly building a great team.

My boyfriend had a wonderful birthday and didn’t want to leave. We spent one night, 4-5 Feb 2026, and the service was above and beyond. After breakfast at Mezza9 the next morning, we asked to sit outside because the weather was beautiful, and Aris gladly found us a table there. Kris kept coming out to serve coffee and eggs benedict, even though we were seated outdoors. I still think about those eggs benedict, they were that good. Compliments to the chef. The evening before, we had dinner at the fountain cafe, where the food was amazing and the set price reasonable. The whole team working that evening on 4 Feb 2026 gave excellent service. Check-in had started the stay well too: Kent kindly walked us to the lift for our room, and once we’d settled in, a lovely chocolate cake was delivered for my boyfriend. Thank you, Grand Hyatt Team.

Management arranged my room so thoughtfully that I was upgraded to a Grand room with a performance lake view. Katrina Shangguan gave me a warm introduction and welcome, which helped make this my best stay in 21 trips to Macau. It couldn’t have gone better.
