The noise from doors slamming along the corridors was the worst part. It went on day and night, whichever floor we were on, and made it hard to sleep. Guests could just hold the doors a little longer, but they didn't. Management really needs to invest in better door closers. We won't stay here again. The location is very good, and the staff were helpful and welcoming. Rooms are a decent size, though the furniture is old. The TV setup is tiny, with terrible picture quality and almost nothing to watch, so we didn't use it. The bathroom has been renovated but is small, with a shower over the bath and an inconvenient curtain. Housekeeping was helpful. Breakfast at the second-floor restaurant was among the worst we've had, for five days straight. There was very little choice and almost nothing tasty. It wasn't worth it, though there aren't many places nearby for breakfast. The shuttle to transport hubs is a real plus.

The room is spacious and has all the amenities, and the hotel itself is good. Getting around from here is difficult, though, since the location feels very isolated. There's no public Wi-Fi outside the hotel, and the 7-Eleven around the corner doesn't sell tourist SIM cards. Hong Kong Octopus cards can't be used either. I also found a language barrier with the support staff.

The room was clean and had good space. The location has lots of restaurants, but you'll need to plan your routes if you're visiting tourist spots.
