St. Regis Macao

The room was stunning, beautifully furnished, comfortable, and ready in every detail. The facilities were elegant, spacious, and immaculately kept, with a calm, welcoming feel that made it easy to relax and feel private. What stood out most was the personal care. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive at every interaction, and I felt genuinely valued as a guest. St. Regis Macao delivered the five-star luxury, comfort, and service I hoped for. I had an outstanding stay and would happily return. Highly recommend it.

Little surprises and handwritten cards made the stay feel personal, and the butler service, room, and view were all excellent. The team made us feel cozy and cared for from the start. When we had trouble paying the taxi fare on arrival, a staff member at the entrance actually covered it for us. Everyone was thoughtful and helpful. Ryan at the front desk took great care of us. He helped with our room, gave us tips about the city, and suggested we bring an umbrella. The next day he recognized us at reception and remembered our room number just by looking at us. I can't figure out how he did that, but it was impressive. At checkout, a very sweet young woman was just as caring. This was honestly one of our best hotel stays, and we'd love to come back.

The butlers team made my birthday celebration feel magical. Leo, Vlads, Aris, Leo, Nello, George, Christy, Wendy, Cyryl, and THE MANOR TEAM Kaye & Kim went above and beyond, singing a birthday song, surprising me with a cake and toy, and helping with our room. Mr. Jeff at the main lobby was also extremely welcoming when we arrived and helpful at checkout. The personalized attention from the whole staff made me feel like a VIP. The accommodation was top-notch, the facilities outstanding, and the hotel has an elegant, sophisticated atmosphere. St. Regis Macao exceeded my expectations, and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a luxurious, memorable stay. Thank you to the team for making my birthday so special. I'll always cherish the warm hospitality and service.

The breakfast buffet was superb, with enough variety to feel like all-day dining. I enjoyed HK-style breakfast, fried rice, wonton noodles, and the usual Western cooked and continental choices. The breakfast staff were excellent and a real credit to St Regis. I stayed two nights, found the rooms spacious and good quality, and thought the staff were top-notch, attentive, professional, and very helpful. I'd definitely return soon.
