The bus stops are only a few meters away, and free shuttle buses run daily from 11AM onward. Our rooms were spacious and looked luxurious, with bathtubs. At first I thought the price was expensive, since it wasn’t budget friendly lol, but it seemed reasonable in the end. We stayed at Royal Dragon Hotel while visiting Macau with my parents and sister. It’s in the main city, about 30 minutes from the airport. The staff greeted us warmly, and many Filipinos work there, which added to the appeal for us. One thing to know is that they require a 1000MOP security deposit, paid by cash or credit card, and refund it after checkout. We loved our stay and I’d recommend booking here.

The room is meant for two, but the beds are so large that I think four people could sleep there. It came with complimentary toiletries, including a toothbrush, cotton buds, toothpaste, shower cap, lotion and shampoo, as well as a charging port for plugs that aren’t UK type. Royal Dragon Hotel is on Macau Peninsula, less than 10 minutes from the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal. The place was spacious and pleasantly clean, and staff were accommodating with requests. Some are Filipinos, so I’d especially recommend it to Filipinos visiting Macau.

The staff were kind and brought me an iron promptly when I asked. My room was spotless, and the wooden floor felt like a nice change from carpet. There was a roomy wardrobe, good lighting, and enough space in the hallway to store luggage.

The price is affordable for what you get, including a free shuttle bus to some iconic places in Macau. The whole property was clean. The receptionist might not understand English, but Google Translate let us communicate just fine.
