Shirley's Coffee is right in the lobby, and the front desk staff are friendly. The rooms have plenty of space, and they offer an Honors military discount. Parking can get pretty chaotic since it’s right beside the main highway. Rush hour, around 0430pm-0600pm, is the worst.

The walls are thin enough that I heard babies crying at 3am, and there was no hot water for showers. Drunk guests and tourist kids ran through the halls, trying to get into locked rooms. They even changed the 'Do not Disturb' signs, so an innocent maid would walk into a room by mistake. Way too noisy.

The ground-floor restaurant is good, and you can use Fiesta's pools and facilities for free since the same company owns both hotels. This is one of the cheaper places in Garapan. The rooms are pretty basic and badly need updating.

They have very strict rules. Even when a room is empty or ready, early check-in costs $30...

The hotel was clean and good value for the money. The staff were so friendly and made me feel right at home.
