The quiet, private setting and the lovely view made this a great place to stay, and the rooms were nice too. I was there in April 2025. I’m sorry I can’t book it on my next trip to Saipan because stays now have to be at least a month. If you need somewhere for a longer visit, it’s a great option.

You’ll need a car or a taxi to get around, though taxis are cheap. The views are great, it’s peaceful, and the neighbors are friendly. Management is quick to respond when something comes up. The place feels a little dated, but the whole island does. I’d recommend it for either a short or long stay.

Having a washer and dryer on the balcony was a really nice extra during our stay in Saipan. The condo was comfortable, clean, and updated, and the kitchen had what we needed to make meals. They also supplied a jug of drinking water and WiFi, which we needed for work. The Summit is quiet but close to downtown. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Saipan.

I spent two weeks here on a work trip to Saipan. The condo was clean and quiet, with a beautiful view. Drinking water was available for a very reasonable price, and the kitchen had the essentials and what we needed to cook. The washer and dryer worked well and were especially handy for a longer trip.

That ocean view was amazing, and we felt safe and comfortable in the neighborhood. After the long trip from the Mainland, it was nice to find the condo clean and fresh. Whenever we had a question or needed maintenance, the staff handled it quickly and efficiently.
