We paid $60 each for a buffet where the staff had promised steak and lobster over the phone. There was neither. The food was bland, and the servers kept walking around with empty trays without looking toward the customers. The spread was mostly low-grade sushi, plain spaghetti, some strange-looking tempura, nacho chips, and a huge number of desserts. Don't waste your money.

The staff really made the stay for me. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to, and they were accommodating throughout. I also loved the resort activities, which had options for both adults and kids. The room had a clean, tropical feel, and there was a huge choice of food and drinks across the restaurants and cafes, all of which surpassed my expectations. I spent 10 days here on my first trip to Saipan and felt drawn to the atmosphere from the moment I arrived. I'm already looking forward to coming back.

We both had massages at the spa, and they were wonderfully relaxing. The pools were great too, especially the swim-up bar. Our room was spacious, quiet, and had a nice patio. I even made friends with one cat that liked sunbathing by the pool, though the other two kept their distance. Aqua Resort was a perfect escape from life on Guam. The island felt like a small town, with friendly people everywhere. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

We spent two evenings at the Seafood Buffet and had several meals at the Pool restaurant. We also rented kayaks to explore the lagoon. The staff were welcoming and professional throughout our 8-night stay. A nice surprise was being upgraded from an Ocean Front Room to an OF Suite. The minibar was free, with beer, sodas, fruit juices, and water delivered daily, and on the second night we were given a nice bottle of wine. Classy touches.
