Ugh, so many basic things were missing or didn’t work, and it spoiled our stay. There was no microwave to reheat food, no toaster, and no oven-safe dish. Am I meant to warm pizza in a skillet with water and wait 20 minutes for the hot plate? The sofa pillows and duvet had no sheets, either, and the coffee kettlething didn’t work.
