Hotel Primera

The indoor pool was just the right temperature, and breakfast was plentiful. The rooms aren’t modern, but they were very comfortable. We had a truly pleasant weekend break, and a big thank you to the friendly staff for making it just what we’d hoped for.

The room was huge, and housekeeping came by every day. I felt at ease exploring on my own, and getting around was simple with the buses or Bolt. It was a lovely, peaceful stay, and I’d book here again. Villa Bologna is a short bus ride away and is a stunning Italian restaurant. 💚

The desk staff were friendly and professional, and the room was clean. Breakfast was delicious and very well prepared, and the location was good. The bed had a thin mattress but was fairly comfortable; the TV was tiny, and I found the digital lock a little fiddly. The main issue was my booking mix-up with the hotel and flight. Even though I called before check-in, I ended up paying for two nights and breakfast I couldn’t use. They gave me an extra hour to check out, but didn’t tell the maid, and otherwise made no effort to put things right.

What a shame. The room was dirty and full of bugs, with old, poorly maintained items and a worn mattress with no sheets. It was noisy inside, too. The place looked nothing like the pictures, so I’d avoid booking online. The hotel’s name only made the disappointment worse and spoiled the holiday.
